shoes instead of road shoes. They are awesome for riding and essential
for walking the bike around towns.
Erin is amazing! She doesn't need shoes and pedals to climb into these
hilltop towns, and she doesn't stand up out of the saddle either! I
don't know how she does it...!
Yeeeah Boyeeee! Same with my wife - she kicked my ass without clips in a spin class and I've never gone back. Out on the real roads it might be a different story...
